做为一个外贸业务员,需要做的事就是找到客户,留住客户,创造回头客,很明显,第一步要做的肯定是要先找到客户,这通常是大多数业务员的惯性思维,因为他们都是从自己的角度开始。但是,很少有人从客户的角度出发,让客户主动找上门。那么,有人不禁问了,怎样做才能让客人主要找上门呢?
在这里给大家介绍一下我的做法,我的做法是喜欢按照中国老子哲学里面的“修身齐家治国平天下”的顺序去做,即在找客户之前先想好自己现在有哪些能吸引客人找上我的条件,而且还要具体到“让怎样的客人找上我”。
首先要多曝光自己,如在网站、展会等地多露露脸。而且最好还要与别的供应商表现不同,让你在大量的竞争中更突出。
很多人都会用低价去吸引客户的关注,好是好,但是这也是一条死胡同。实际上,除了价格,而服务也可以做到与别人不同。
另外,我还会再多想一层,那就是要思维深入到客人的客人那一块,多思考他们想要什么,按照他们的需求去做一些事,这样就会减少一些被动,而我的直接客人也会因此更喜欢我。接下来,给大家介绍几个实际案例,来谈谈怎样的差异化服务才能吸引客户上门。做好充分准备写好第一封回,先看客户的询盘内容如下:

从这个角度思考,怎样做好差异化服务呢?正常情况下,很多业务员报个出厂价就以为“万事大吉”了,而我是把第三方相关数据都准备好给他,让他工作更方便,从而更快获得订单。要注意的是,不要给客人PDF文件,这样客人就很难使用你的数据。

接下来,我们要趁热打铁,所以不只发邮件用文字说明,还要亲自打电话给他,这时我找了一位在美国当地的朋友,并向他介绍我们公司的服务。然而再告诉客人,未来一旦出现什么状况,当地还有人能帮助他。除此之外,我还非常详细地回复了客人有关样品准备的事情。
在这里,要记住,不管客人订单大不大,只要他们跟要样品,我们都可以很明确的跟他讲清,样品运费需他自付,这样可从侧面判断客人的诚意度。

面对大单时,对于一些没有经验的业务员,一个人的力量是不够的,这时最好能找公司领导或其他人同事帮你,把每一步都做好,获得订单的机会才会更高。
所谓差异化服务,其实没那么难。首先你提供给客人的信息不要华而不实,要实用,要专业,要想客人之所想。你最起码要具备以下几个要素。
1.诚信
做生意,想长远一定要有诚信,遇到什么问题都要坦然面对,假如你在标出价格与服务时出现标错或者是报错了情况,也要主动承担,并承诺,如果未来有什么情况会负责到底。
2.有礼貌
对于英文不够好的外贸人,在跟对方沟通时,一定要注意礼貌用语,比如:I can help you,还有take care your body之类的。另外,沒事不要去打扰客人。
3.反应快
迅速响应是很重要的服务性,而且这不用花钱就能做得到。
4.服务到客人的客人
如前面所讲,从“客人的客人”角度出发来想事情。主要体现在这些方面,如你提供给客人的图片不要加水印,方便客人使用产品图片。另外,你可以把你网站上价格标为“客人的客人”的价格,而不是你卖给客户的价格。当然,你不标价也可以,只是如果大家都不标价格时,你又怎么能在众多竞争者中引起客人注意呢?
